Rhonda Knutson has been ''Mom'' to two daughters, two sons, and thirteen foster children. A native of Florida, she now lives with her husband, Arlin, in Arkansas. A retired swimming and physical education coach; she spends her time as an exercise instructor and motivational speaker and writer to help others overcome self-defeating attitudes and increase health and mobility. She is involved with numerous community groups and enjoys crafts and church work.
