About the Author

P.P. Parmar graduated in library science from University of Baroda. Later he did M.A. and M. Lib.&inf. Sc. from the same university. Since 1984 he is working as Librarian-Class I a State Oentral Library, Gandhi Nagar, Gujarat. He also served as a Librarian (class II) at Baroda Medical College and Central Library, Baroda for a couple of years. He is also selected as a honorary lecturer for M. Lib. Sc. course in the Sardar Patel University, Vallabhvidya Nagar for the academic year 1989-90. Zaved, Khan M.Sc., M. Lib. &Inf. Sc. is a renowned scholar of Computer and Library Science. He has written many articles on the topics in his area of specialization.
