About the Author

Dr. Prabhas Ghandra Sinha had his M.A., M. Phil. and Ph. D. degrees from JNU, lndia. He has done Diploma in Conflict Resolution from Uppsala University, Sweden. He was also a Fulbright Post-Doctoral Fellow at the East-West Center, Hawaii, USA and a Fellowes the Salzburg Seminar, Austria. He has had extensive teaching and consulting experience in the USA, Europe, Asia and Africa. He was also the adjunct faculty member at The Union institute, Ohio. During last three decades, Dr. Prabhas Chandra Sinha had authored and edited major publications including UN derivative publications, encyclopedias and text books used as reference materials in many local and international institutions of higher education for learning and teaching.
