Emma Bridger is one of the world's leading employee engagement and experience experts. She is a psychologist and coach, designing and delivering programs for both the CIPD and in-house clients. She works with companies to make a positive difference to the people who work there, their culture and business. She is the author of Employee Engagement, also published by Kogan Page..


Belinda Gannaway is an employee experience strategist, designer, coach and trainer. She supports global brands, NGOs and growing businesses to innovate and grow with purpose and values at the core. In recent years, her work has won a variety of industry awards for innovation and impact. Shespeaks widely at global events on employee experience and was named one of HR Magazine's Most Influential Thinkers in 2022.


Emma Bridger is an award-winning employee engagement specialist and Director of People Lab, an Employee Engagement Consultancy that works with high-profile clients worldwide. With over 18 years' experience gained in a variety of roles, Emma began her career lecturing on graduate and post-graduate courses in psychology, her specialist area being behaviour change.

Emma has designed and developed the CIPD range of short Employee Engagement courses as well as contributing to the UK Government Review 'Engaging for Success'. She now advises the Government taskforce on engagement as part of the 'guru group'. Emma is also a regular conference speaker and case studies detailing her work have been published in industry journals. In 2021 she was named as one of the Most Influential HR Thinkers by HR Magazine.


Belinda Gannaway is a director of experience design consultancy Fathom XP. She is an employee experience design practitioner, facilitator and team and systems coach and has been working in and around organizational culture since becoming fascinated by it as a journalist working in the UK Houses of Parliament. Belinda's career has covered the worlds of political and business journalism, marketing and communications, digital transformation and culture change. She was listed by HR Magazine as one of the Most Influential HR Thinkers of 2022.
