About the Author

Dr Sue Allingham is an early years Independent Consultant, Author and Trainer. She started her career in the classroom becoming an Early Years Co-ordinator, Infant Lead and Local Authority Lead Teacher. Her career then developed from being a Lead Teacher to becoming a Local Authority Adviser, before pursuing a successful independent career. Sue holds an MA in Early Childhood Education from the University of Sheffield, and a Doctorate in the same subject.
