About the Author

David A. Russ is a Clinical Psychologist specializing in anxiety disorders and Founding Partner of the Carolinas Counseling Group in Charlotte, North Carolina. First becoming interested in emetophobia because of his daughter's experience of it, he now treats children and teens with emetophobia and has written on and researched it extensively. He is also the co-creator of the Turnaround Anxiety Program for children and its Emetophobia supplement.

Anna S. Christie is a Registered Psychotherapist, speaker, and educator in Vancouver, Canada who has worked with over 200 emetophobic clients. She is the creator of the Emetophobia Help with Anna Christie podcast and Google's #1-ranked emetophobia help website emetophobiahelp.org/ which has over 10k backlinks. Anna has a history of severe emetophobia from which she has completely recovered.
