They call her Elina, short for Elinalora, she's very young, exceptionally different, full of fire and spunk. Some in her family, and especially the backward townsfolk of Pine, believe she is evil or a portent of evil because she looks nothing like them, except perhaps the evil pale beings with red glowing eyes who come to cull their people in the night. But the few who truly know Elina, know different.
