Elegant Tailoring For Women
This book embarks on the detailed tailoring of a triple-layered elegant dress, each layer plays distinct role in embodying the aristocratic appearance of the soiree dress. Embroidered pink Tulle is selected for the outer artistic work. That is laid down on the sparkling background of the Organza fabric. The Organza, in turn, participates with undulation and wrinkling, in addition of its shinning and soft appearance. The two defining layers of curves, reflections, and colors are implanted on top of plain Taffeta fabric comprising a third depth to the tailoring elegance.

Two additional artistic elements are added to enhance the different feminine aspects. First, a Busk with undulation, wrinkling, glistening, and oblique woven contours transitions the skirt of the dress to its top, encircling the waist and hips. Second, shinning and colorful glass and plastic beaded jewelry ornament the embroidered lovely Tulle such that the dress displays heavenly twinkling outlook.

The detailed execution of tailoring of the soiree dress depicted in this book can be adapted to many variations of colors, sizes, and designs of dresses. The main highlights of our plan of elegant tailoring are briefed as follows.

1. The method of folding and cutting raw fabrics such that the directions of the threads of the fabric conform to the desired direction of the dress.
2. The method of marking the desired measurements on the raw fabric such that symmetric cuts are achieved.
3. The order of cutting, hand-stitching, and attaching the different layers of the fabrics at different zones of the dress.
4. The special handling procedures of different types of fabrics that prevent causing damage of the fabric or causing flawed or undesired outlook.
5. The special techniques of padding, wrinkling, undulating, ironing, tape-glue, hand-stitching, edge finishing, pinning of fabrics, and machine suturing of difficult spots of the dress.
6. Managing sewing and threads- overlock machines according to the types of fabrics and types of attachments of zippers and jewelry to dress.
