TANIA BALLANTINE is Time Out's UK Eating & Drinking Editor. She has been a London restaurant critic for some ten years, reviewing for the capital's best-regarded publications. She has reviewed restaurants for a large number of London guides, including the last three Time Out Eating & Drinking guides, as well as four annual issues of leading London restaurant guide Square Meal. Prior to working at Time Out, Tania was an editor at Square Meal; she has also contributed to specialist publications such as Food and Travel; national consumer magazines such as Women's Health, and national newspapers such as The Times.
