About the Author

Dr. Curtis C. Cochran is the founder of Cochran Consulting LLC and E4 Mathlosophy LLC. He is also the creator of the highly acclaimed OCC Team Executive Coaching Mentor Program. In addition to assisting entrepreneurs in Entering, Evaluating, Enhancing, and Exiting business ownership, Dr. Curtis C. Cochran has spent over three decades training other professionals in the Mergers & Acquisitions industry. His accomplishments have included two doctorate degrees, two master’s degrees, and three bachelor’s degrees. He has also earned a real estate broker license in California.

He has served as President of local and state chapters of industry professional associations, as well as being honored as “Professional of the Year” by his peers. He is retained regularly by attorneys, accountants, and other clients for Evaluations, as well as court testimony as an expert witness.
