"Alternative rock legends the Cure perform three of their most acclaimed albums (Pornography, Disintegration, and Bloodflowers) in their entirety in this concert video, which gets a respectful presentation for its DVD release. The Cure: Trilogy has been given a letterboxed transfer to disc in the widescreen aspect ratio of 1.85:1, which has also been enhanced for anamorphic playback on 16 x 9 monitors. The audio is presented in two formats, Dolby Digital 5.1 and PCM Stereo. The songs are performed in English, with no multiple language options. Bonus materials include a short encore set, an interview with the band, and several Easter eggs."

The Cure, led by Robert Smith, has quietly emerged as one of the most enduringly resilient bands of the post-punk era. By successfully marrying a dark, moody stage persona with a catchy blend of synth-pop, the Cure both laid the foundation for goth and managed to find the Top 40 with such hits as 1987's "Just like Heaven." This two-disc set, recorded live at Berlin's Tempodrom in November 2002, features the band playing the albums Pornography, Disintegration, and Blood Flowers on three successive nights.
