Overview

Documentary filmmaker Chivas DeVinck takes a look at the life touted as forgotten and now somewhat marginalized in cosmopolitan-focused America, the rural areas. In particular, the film follows the so-called Loneliest Road in America, which leads to its major location, The Great Basin. This complex geographical formation spans many states in the western United States. But the film focuses on the state that this structure covers the most, Nevada. The film explores rural life through the eyes of those who remain there.
