Phil Wall directs the true story of an author whose book was critically acclaimed a week after she died. Determined to honor her memory, Carol Wall's husband Dick and son Phil embark on a book tour for Mister Owita's Guide to Gardening. While on tour, as chronicled by Phil, Dick meets with her fans, hearing their stories and experiencing highs and lows as he copes with his wife's death. All the while, Phil is torn between promoting the book and worrying about the toll the tour is taking on his father. ~ Steven Yoder
