Overview

The Zurich Ballet mounted this production of Pyotr Ilych Tchaikovsky's iconic 1876 ballet +Swan Lake in 2009. The production features choreography by Heinz Spoerli based on the work of Marius Petipa, sets by Erich Wonder, and costumes by Florence von Gerkan; the principal dancers include Polina Semionova as Odette/Odile and Stanislav Jermakov as Prince Siegfried. The Zurich Ballet and the Zurich Opera Orchestra lend added support, the latter conducted by Vladimir Fedoseyev.
