R.E.M.'s Michael Stipe is Schnitzel, a flightless reindeer, and Tim Meadows cameos as bus driver Richard Stands. Like The Simpsons, Olive rewards viewers for paying attention, and stands up to repeated viewings. Even the songs -- especially "Merry Christmas, After All" -- are wonderful.
