Overview

"Nora Ephron's comedy Mixed Nuts comes to DVD with a pair of transfers. The widescreen anamorphic transfer preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1 and is preferable to the standard full-frame image. Closed-captioned English soundtracks are rendered in both Dolby Digital 5.0 and Dolby Digital Surround, while a French soundtrack has been recorded in Dolby Digital Stereo. English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese, Korean, and Thai subtitles are accessible. Supplemental materials include filmographies of the cast and crew as well as theatrical trailers. The film looks and sounds fine on the disc, but there is little here to help this film find the audience that ignored it during its initial box-office run."
