The instructor Elise Gulan, a principal soloist for the Virginia Ballet Company. In her new career as a certified personal trainer and instructor of Yoga, (Core Fusion and Core Energy Flow) Elises' clients have included Amanda Seyfried, Cheryl Tiegs, and Christine Lahti.
