"Emilio Estevez returns to coach an underdog youth hockey team in D2: The Mighty Ducks, which comes to DVD with a widescreen anamorphic transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1. There are no subtitles, but the soundtrack is closed-captioned. This Disney/Buena Vista release does a fabulous job presenting the movie, which is a good thing considering there are no supplemental materials of any consequence."
