Overview

Two film adaptations of author Dan Brown's best-selling novels are included in one set. The Da Vinci Code (2006) stars Academy-Award winning actor Tom Hanks as Professor Robert Langdon, who finds himself as the prime suspect in the murder of the Louvre Museum's curator (Jean-Pierre Marielle) and looks to unravel the mystery of a secret society which appears to be behind the crime with the help of cryptologist Sophie Neveu (Audrey Tautou). Angels and Demons (2009) finds Langdon and Dr. Vittoria Vetra (Ayelet Zurer) looking to prevent the murders of four cardinals, who are each in line to become the next Pope, after a kidnapping by a man who claims an affiliation with the Illuminati. The collection features co-starring performances from actors including Ewan McGregor, Paul Bettany, Ian McKellen and Alfred Molina.
