DREAMER! Formulating Leadership Power Strategies For The Imagination Age explores essential qualities, characteristics, principles and imperatives of Imagination Age leadership.

In its simplest form, Imagination Age leadership power means fully employing, deploying and evolving your intellectual, instructional and innovational assets to successfully compete and win in the global economy.

Dreamers hold what William Shakespeare called, the "poet's pen". Their imaginations structure and shape reality. These Dreamers who operate, in our world today, as executives, management professionals and entrepreneurs, are strategic, visionary or highly creative individuals who intelligently, instructively and innovatively journey forth towards the far horizons of promising opportunity.

Dreamers apply their skills, expertise and beliefs towards making homes for those realities within which we all live, work and play. Their insights, involvements and influences transform the empty places in our hearts, heads and hands into fulfilling, value-added, quality-focused experiences.

The poetry expressed by Dreamers must reflect ample leveraging of their talents, techniques, technologies, time and typologies. Dreamers are most effective when they ably embrace the artistic, scientific, vocational and competent domains of their leadership power.

In the Midsummer's Night Dream, it was Shakespeare himself who held the "poet's pen". In today's organization, it is its leaders who hold that "pen".

Thinkers, leaders and entrepreneurs have always been and will always be Dreamers - they have been and they will always be the inventors, instigators, inveiglers, investigators, investors, interpreters, institutors, installers, and innovators of the possibilities, phenomenal or potentials.

With those challenges, conundrums and complexities which await us in this emerging
Imagination Age, it is the Dreamers who will conceive, concoct, construct, concatenate and communicate the stories of our world.

In this Age of Imagination, innovative leadership strategies, skills and sustainable advantages will be demanded of organizational, governmental and business executives, managers, professionals and entrepreneurs - in brief, management teams will need to inspire, instill and inform a creative, competent, collaborative culture where robust, rigorous and resilient innovations or imaginative outcomes can begin to be continuously produced and productive in the marketplace.
