Overview

Digby Mortimer lives in a place called Sludge City. To anyone else, Sludge City and the inhabitants would be boring and uninteresting, but to Digby, everyone fascinates him and he enjoys his job. He was a gentle boy who enjoyed his neighborhood as well as anyone. He lived in the fifteenth apartment in his complex.

He lived near other tenants, such as Miss Sneezey who is allergic to nearly everything and Mr. Whorrier who constantly worries about anything he thinks he needs to worry about.
