Renat Perelet is research leader at the Institute for Systems Analysis, Associate Professor at the Russian Academy of Civil Service and Head of the Centre of Environmental Economics, Higher School of Economics, Russia. Pamela Mason and Tim Taylor are researchers in the department of Economics and International Development, University of Bath.
