About the Author

I am a 56-year-old woman who remembers the day that my sister mentioned her kidneys had failed.  Having no knowledge of what it meant, nor did I know what to expect, I thought the kidneys would eventually return to normal. Like having a cold. I later learned that was not the case and it would lead to a life of risks, challenges, hope, and faith.
