About the Author

Michelle was born in Arizona in 1970. She began writing poetry in her teens and carried on through adult hood. In her 40's she decided to write her first novel and Destiny's Child was born. Michelle and her husband share a love of the outdoors and play parents to several animals. Michelle attended ISU in 1994 and went on to a career in nursing. She loves photography and is a self taught violinist.

I don't read a lot unless the book grabs and holds my interest,keeps me intrigded and pulls me into the story. WOW! this book did just that. A real page turner for me. I opened it to read the first line and more than half through finally sat it down only to go to bed to get up in the morning to start it again and finish the 400 pgs. in less than a day. ok, I will gladly say that I do not read many romance books, but this one I had a hard time putting it down--I finished within a 30 hour period--excellent for me--but I was captured by the story line, It had me wanting to keep going, find out what was going to happen next--I really, really liked it. Let me start out by saying this book was wonderfully written. Michelle Stroud has a terrific sense of creativity. I for one could not stop reading this book and when I had to I thought about getting back to it. The characters are endearing and I became involved with them as if they were friends. This is a must read book, and I look forward to further writings from her.
