He had come into her life to save her, but when the bad guys find out about it, they urgently seek to kill her to retrieve the launch codes and gain control of the government, thus leaving Peter no other choice but to take her away as the others are coming and explain everything on a very dangerous and speedy car chase; although Melaya doesn't want to hear it at first, she soon becomes tangled into this spy world carrying many questions now about the truth of her family, the truth about Danny who is really Finlee Holmer, and questions about trust. She soon comes to hate Danny who actually fell for her despite the money he was earning. Teckraiya soon learns that Melaya has gone missing and she seeks out answers searching her sister's old apartment for clues. Soon she becomes tangled up in the mess after Peter accidentally shoots her. Throughout this book, there are plenty of flying bullets, a whole lot of action, car chases, a touch of love, a sprinkle of comedy, and the love of family.
