Dead Minds
The western world contains nothing more than materialism and existential decay, a manifestation birthing a millennium of destruction to the human foundation that perpetuates the notion of a life worth living. Economic class, race, religion, culture, patriotism, and governmental obstruction, corporatism, and the death of art has lead to the world we live in today, a mass grave of the living dead. Nothing can be gained in this world other than the illusion of living, an illusion of our own making. This world has promised nothing but what we feed to ourselves as lies in the pursuit of death.

A polemic against the world has been born. A diatribe against the mistake of humanity, the lack of study into the metaphysical struggle for the calling. The voice that takes us back to the sanctum of life worth living. The need for an end to the misbegotten existence. In this work we explore the things that plague our minds and study the enslaved to find and entertain how the calling can be found again.

"Damned are they who seek to find the voice – the calling unspoken and unheard by a deafened and deceased earth – to a life of isolation. Blessed in being without predisposition in this existence. Wise are they who acknowledge this burden in life, and strong are they who entomb such principles through sheer will alone to manifest a reflection of the nature of being."

About the Author

Stefan Baugh is an American musician, writer, businessman, and founder of InViMa Records. Son of the R&B singer Calvin Baugh, Stefan began his musical and artistic journey in 2015. Having been a life long fan of philosophy and history he undertook a project that would later become his first literary work, "Dead Minds", a collection of essays seeking to explain and explore aspects of western culture and the pursuit of a meaningful life through philosophical examination. In the year following, at the age of 18 years old, he independently released his first album "La Ciel", having drawn the artwork for the album, performed all the instruments, mixed, mastered and distributed the album by himself.
