Overview

This book is a second of two books about horrible and idiotic daughters-in-law. These are not jokes, these unfortunately are true stories about terrible mothering and stupid things they say and do. We are sick and tired of hearing jokes about Mothers-in-law and this book shows that the reason many of us may be disillusioned with our daughter-in-law is totally substantiated. This book contains several continuing sagas started in the first book “Daughters-in-Law Why Can’t We Pick Them,” many more and longer stories and one totally heart wrenching story. I feel badly for all the children raised by these mothers, if you can call what they do ‘mothering.’

About the Author

All of the men in my family for the last three generations at least have been military so we’ve moved around the country a lot and therefore have met quite a few people. I never saw moving as a hardship, rather as a way to see more of this wonderful country of ours. Because of the many places as we’ve lived, I don’t really know where we call home. Where ever we are at the time is home as long as my husband and I are together. We have since retired and still continue to travel, but now it is on our terms.
I’ve always been an avid reader and have dreamt of writing for as long as I can remember. I have written several articles for magazines and websites. My first book, “Daughters-In-Law Why Can’t We Pick Them” received such great feedback that whenever it was brought up, every mother around wanted to add their “two cents worth” therefore giving me enough information for an even longer second book. This will, however, be the last book on the subject. My next endeavor, which I’m already working on (a novel), will be a much less depressing subject for me.
I’d like to thank all of you who have read my books and I hope you enjoy them. Keep on reading!
