About the Author

Jasen R. Dobson is a U.S. Army Veteran of almost 20 years that has served in Iraq during Operations Desert Storm and Enduring Freedom. During that time he served on a Personal Security Team for the Battalion Commander and as a member of a Mortar team. He currently serves in the Arkansas National Guard as a Mortar Platoon Sergeant (E-7). Jasen lives in Northeast Arkansas with his wife and 3 children. His first book, Dark Gate, was released in November of 2019 and is set to become one of the hottest new releases of 2020. This is such an interesting concept for a story. It leaves you feeling good, and it ends with a hint of more to come.
I enjoyed all of the characters but had a real affinity for Sandy. She is strong but had to fight her way in the world.
