Daniel Harrington Fairbanks the Third and a Day on the Farm is the third book in a series of rhyming stories about Daniel and his dog Clark. Daniel and Clark, along with their friend Brooke, visit a farm for the very first time. They encounter many farm animals and meet the farmers cat, Meow. Clark is scared of the farm animals and chases the cat because they are different from him. But eventually Clark comes to realize that even though those animals do not look like him, they all have important roles to playeven Meow the cat. The story is an endearing tale about children, dogs, and cats and their exploration of the world around them. There is a strong message that even though we may be different from one another, all of us have something to offer and can still be friends.

He is an advocate for children and education across the United States and around the world. Todd is the President of TransitPro Logistics, a school transportation logistics firm, and a Senior Advisor to Atlantic Research Partners, a consulting firm focused on sustainable, research-established supports to provide school districts nationwide with analysis of organizational, pedagogical, and leadership practices to improve student academic achievement and teaching performance. He is also the Founder and President of Zoellick Enterprises, LLC, an education advocacy organization for K-12 and higher education institutions that works to improve educational opportunities for all students throughout the United States and internationally. Formerly, Todd was the Deputy Secretary’s Regional Representative for Region V at the United States Department of Education. He was appointed by President George W. Chapter One

There's a great little town not too far from us here Where a boy and his dog live with friends who are near. The dog's name is Clark, and the boy's name you have heard. He is called Daniel Harrington Fairbanks the Third.

Both the boy and his dog are together each day, And they often invite other friends to come play. But there's one special friend Clark and Daniel adore. Their best friend's name is Brooke, and she lives right next door.

On a crisp, autumn day, Daniel's parents pack up The car for a trip with Daniel, Brooke, and the pup. They will visit some friends on a farm far away That the children and dog can explore for the day.

After driving awhile, they can finally see The farmhouse, barn, and fields just as plain as can be. They jump out of the car and begin to explore. There's so much they can do that they've not done before.
