Overview

On a planet called Kazure 3, the common people have few rights and little means to survive. It is not unusual for non-royalty to disappear or starve to death if they cannot find employment to make a meager survival wage.
Under such circumstances, KeTwan was born into a common family with more resources than most commoners. Still, his life is constantly in danger, especially since he is a rare male born to a commoner and practices cultivation without being registered.
His mother, Azeria, is the last of what used to be many hidden high cultivators on the planet. Because the government is afraid of high cultivators overthrowing their authority, they have been killing them off for generations whenever possible. Her extreme talents are the last remnants of a more peaceful time before the ruling families took control generations ago. Therefore, Azeria frantically struggles against time to train KeTwan to learn these skills and hide his cultivation so they are not discovered and destroyed.
Due to a special bond that KeTwan formed while cultivating with his mother, he feels their love is so strong that he cannot survive without her. Often, they go on adventures together to beautiful remote locations. Getting caught by the government would result in instant execution for them along with their family. Also, if a dangerous creature catches them off guard, they will not live long. Nevertheless, Azeria uses these adventures to train KeTwan and help their family survive with the necessary tax money. Because of their cultivation, they have a dangerous, hidden life of excitement and beauty that others cannot even dream of enjoying.
Eventually, their training and adventures take them to beautiful and dangerous areas where it is believed that no one can survive. These areas have unique creatures that are beautiful and extremely deadly. Yet, they feel safer and more secure fighting the occasional vicious creatures than around the government establishments. Better yet, these areas have many rare herbs they collect to sell anonymously to make money for taxes so they do not lose the farm. If they lost the farm, the whole family would be in danger of starvation and have nowhere to live.
Can KeTwan survive and honor his family? What does life have in store for a mere commoner? Is there a possibility of a brighter future for his future family when the life of a commoner is consistently getting worse because of increasing taxes?
