Lesson #5 – Your inner planner: How to develop your creativity, find solutions, and move ahead, step-by-step. Lesson #6 – Your inner doer: How to summon your inner courage to face crises or challenges and to protect those you care about. Lesson #7 – Finding solutions: Your inner strengths give you the perspective to create new ways of moving forward. Lesson #8 – Your hero's journey: How you can rise to the challenge of a crisis through using your inner strengths.
