Overview

It Rained Fire & Death . . .

The year was 1100 BC when the terrifying comet came crushing down from the sky and obliterated the Tuatha de Danann civilization. Almost everyone met destruction, but the survivors manage to avoid certain death and escape using flying crafts. They land near Lough Aillionn, but their adventures have only begun.

A Clash of Kings

The advanced technology of the Danann survivors makes them a target for local kings who want to maintain the status quo, so they engage in battle for survival. Suddenly the Danann find themselves once again fighting for their lives.

Only the villagers of Tomregen, led by the elder of the bards and his three children, have understood and welcomed the Danann survivors. Now, the two clashing sides are ready to meet on the battlefield.

The Future Is at Stake

Will the Danann survive yet another challenge? How will they defeat the mighty kings? Learn how the Danann established their reign over Ireland in this electrifying story.

About the Author

Gary Cullen was born in St. Louis and grew up in Virginia, Montana, and Oregon as his family moved. He joined the navy during the Vietnam war, serving on an oil tanker that supplied fuel to the fleet off the coast of Vietnam.

His experience in the navy gave Gary a strong appreciation for education. He began his lifelong career as an energy efficiency policy analyst while still in graduate school.

During vacations to Ireland, he researched his family roots, being able to find the Cullen family cottage in Swanlinbar. He also explored many of the Neolithic sites around there and developed the ideas for this, his first novel.
