About the Author

Angus is SU Scotland’s East Team Leader and the new Editor for Daily Bread. Prior to joining SU Scotland in 2015, he worked for several years on UCCF’s Theology Network. He is dad to three girls under 3, and enjoys running, hills and all things outdoors.
Ron Frost currently serves with Barnabas International (USA). He travels worldwide as a teacher and ministry consultant. He previously taught historical theology and ethics at Multnomah Bible College in Portland, Oregon, for 20 years.
Jon is a pastor, preacher and lecturer. He has been working in Scotland for the last ten years, seven and a half of which have been in Edinburgh.
Esther Bailey works for Scripture Union Scotland in the Scottish Borders and in Europe Region. She grew up in Zimbabwe, where she trained as a primary school teacher. In 1983, she came to Britain on holiday, met her husband and is still on holiday 34 years later! She and her husband John have two adult daughters.
As an Anglican priest, Penelope has had an international ministry, leading retreats and pilgrimages, speaking on conferences and leading parishes. She is a published author and a spiritual director.
Penny is married to Andrew and lives in Kent with their three teenagers, rabbit and dog. She is a member of the 4 O’Clock Church in Sevenoaks, and teaches at a local school.
Terry Clutterham is Director of Digital Discovery for Scripture Union and has wide experience in helping children and young people engage with the Bible. He has long been crazy about helping people explore the full breadth of the Bible and hearing God speak for themselves through it.
Dorman is a senior partner at a global consultancy, and he and his wife Blythe live in Oxfordshire, have five grown children and two grandchildren. Dorman and Blythe have an active discipleship ministry, and love to help others study the Bible for themselves.
Elaine is CEO of the Scottish Bible Society. She is passionate about people growing in their relationship with God through encountering him in his Word.
