About the Author

Dagmar Weiss Snodgrass (Dagmar Weiss Monk Snodgrass) was born in Berlin, Germany. She went through the second world war as a child. Her family was, as all the rest of Germany, under the big thumb of the dictator Adolf Hitler. They survived this difficult time in history and she is now writing down what it took to be a survivor. Realizing at the age of 85 how many miracles God gave her and the family to survive. Now at this age she is talking in churches and clubs and schools about this time in her and her family’s life, believing this is what she is meant to do. She speaks of God and that He is the only one that knows the plans He has for each and every one of us. She calls her life a life full of God given miracles. In her older years, she dares to tell the story.
