Adam grows up in a Christian Family, with a father who serves in Law Enforcement. But Adam quickly discovers that the scales of Justice are balanced in favor of the criminals, and he decides to even the playing fields by creating 'Project Justice', a crusade which seeks to remove from society those that consider themselves above the Law.
Adam hires contract killers for 'Project Justice' on the Dark Web. These mercenaries get rid of murderers and rapists by assassinating them and filming the executions, whilst Adam pays them handsomely and posts videos of the executions on the Dark Web. His good friend Reggie assists him as fellow Director of the organization and soon the project is running at full steam, with up to 30 assassinations around the United States per day. But when an attractive female FBI agent enters the picture, Adam must apply all of his powers, including the laser-like focus he has developed by reason of his Asperger's syndrome, to evade capture.
