As the artistic director of ORDERED STEPS PRODUCTIONS Dance Company (KHVN Heaven 97 Five-time Dance Ministry of the Year, Texas Gospel Music Excellence Dance Ministry of the Year 2017, Key of Gospel Dance Ministry of the Year 2017), Candice has ministered in dance for countless churches, concerts, schools, events, music videos, television appearances and has opened for national recording artists such as Israel Houghton, Chrystal Rucker, Shirley Caesar, Tamela Mann, Fred Hammond, Michael W.
