A group of people under him who helped him gain people attempts to assassinate him and though they fail, Harkan is critically injured and only survives thanks to a sympathetic citizen who takes him to a cursed region where he hopefully won't be found, but at the same time, he comes across a little girl who gives him a new reason to live.
