He is also an Adjunct Professor at the Centre for Customs and Excise Studies (CSU, Australia) and an Honorary Associate Professor at the University of Nottingham (UK). He has provided consultancy services to the World Bank Group and the United Nations family of organizations, has given witness to the UK Parliament's Select Committees and provided research services to the European Parliament.
