Heaven's most glamorous star, the brilliant Star of Bethlehem, was dismayed because God made him different from all the other stars. He was unconfortable being different and wanted to be an ordinary star. When he realized that he had been created for a special purpose, he was so proud. He liked being the center of attention and having everyone notice his beauty. But during his mission on Earth, he learned many lessons. As his bright light illuminated the place where the Baby Jesus lay, he figured out that the plan of salvation was not about him but included countless others who were also chosen to fulfill an important part of God's plan. Mary and Joseph and the Baby Jesus, the humble shepherds, the three wise men, and the glorious angels were also created just the way they needed to be in order to set the plan of salvation into motion. The star realized that each of God's creations are created with a special purpose in mind. Being unique is what makes you able to fulfill your divine purpose.
