In the past, Bobby Smooth drove for a produce company and would mention to his co-workers I see people are interested in eating healthy foods, I think I would like to start growing my own vegetables, herbs and fruits and the usual reply would be Youre crazy or youre nuts! So the slogan was born Crack Pot Herbs, because everybody thought I was nuts!!

Robert C. Bustamante, a.k.a “Bobby Smooth”, born in Old Town Albuquerque, NM in 1960. He currently sells his produce (vegetables, herbs and blackberries) locally at the Downtown Farmer’s Market. He also drives for a limousine company. He likes to hurry home after work and change out of his suit and tie and into his gardening clothes so he can roll around in the dirt. He enjoys experimenting with different edible plants and vegetables in his landscaping, which gives him opportunity to eat and taste good things and it also provides brilliant beautiful colors to his front and back yard.
