About the Author

Terry Edwards trained under the Michelin-starred chef Paul Heathcote in Liverpool before joining Michel Roux Jr. at Le Gavroche and then working with Mark Hix.


George Craig started the band One Night Only with a schoolfriend at the age of twelve. They made the top ten—and are still going strong today—but George has also developed a sideline in modeling, after he was scouted by Burberry.
