Bill Grover taught special education students from 1969 through 2004 with credentials from the University of San Diego and Oregon State.He finished the M.A. in Religion from Point Loma University, the Th.M. from Western Seminary, and the D.Th. from the University of Zululand. From 2006 through 2018 he taught for the South African Theological Seminary. Bill lives in Oregon.
