Virendra Kumar holds a Masters Degree in History and a Diploma in Library Science. He is presently on the staff of the Central Secretariat Library, New Delhi. His publications include a compilation entitled A Dictionary of Pseudonyms in Indian Literature (with a Foreword by Dr. S.R. Ranganathan) published by the Delhi Library Association.
