David Evans is a thought leader in the field of conflict resolution. He has developed a new method for resolving conflict that he teaches readers in his new book, "Resolve Conflict with One Good Idea." He calls his new method the "One Good Idea Method." It uses a technique that David borrows from an earlier career when he was a comedy writer for "The Monkees."
David is a two-time winner of the Outstanding Case of the Year Award. The award was presented to David for his work in mediating cases for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program of the Los Angeles County Court System. This is the largest such program in the country with 14,000 mediation cases a year.
In both of his award-winning cases he used his new "One Good Idea Method" of conflict resolution.
Before conflict resolution David was a comedy writer for "The Monkees" TV show, the year it won the Emmy Award for Best Comedy. He also wrote 19 scripts for "Love American Style."
