About the Author

Lynette Buck is an adult and children’s yoga instructor in New York City. Her passion for nature, movement, and wellness is unmeasurable. Born in rural Pennsylvania, her parents ensured she was outside more than she was in, leading to a lot of exploring and creativity. She believes that with setting up a foundation of yoga principles at a young age, or any age, can lead to a great deal of joy and understanding our yourself. Being mindful of our environment, constantly building awareness of our bodies, both physically and mentally, and an active use of imagination, can help us get so much out of life.
