About the Author

For more than thirty years George Watts has been a professional construction program manager, who fell in love with bartending while he was a struggling engineering student at UT Austin. Having completed more than $5 billion in project value for his clients, his approach to building drinks is the same as his approach to a successful construction job: Start with the end in mind; envisage things from your customers' perspective; execute flawlessly. George and his wife Sue live in Dallas, TX with their two dogs. They enjoy cycling and skiing in the Rocky Mountains, and spending time with family and friends.
