Overview

Alex, or Flash as his teammates like to call him, is the star on his local Soccer team. He devotes his success to a lucky pair of cleats he wouldn't go to any game without. Today, however, is not his lucky day. Today, those cleats go missing, and everything spirals downhill from there. He knew the championship game of his final high school season would define his career, but it's definitely not for the reason he expected.

Anthony Ortale originally picked up writing as a hobby. After incredible success writing news articles online for the Examiner, he decided to try his hand at fiction as well.
