Wylie is a Boston lawyer who has been a presidential campaign advance man, a county chairman in a governor campaign, a lawyer for the Boston Redevelopment Authority, general counsel of the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency, a Coast Guard officer, and has worked for the Navy Department and Internal Revenue Service. He lives in Bolton, Massachusetts.
