Chronology of the Latter Days

The Bible has many references to the Latter Days and essentially all contain references to Israel as being the guide post of these days. The Latter Days do not pertain to the destruction of the earth as many theologians and laymen claim. The Latter Days are the times and conditions before the final judgment of the Lord and contain attitudes of men, their actions and world events. The Scripture describes the conditions on earth, both physical and spiritual, before the Second Coming of Christ. The Scriptures state that we should recognize the signs that He will give at that time. Most consider the end times as just the return of Jesus the Christ or the destruction of the earth. But the Scriptures tell a different story. They give a series of events or conditions on earth that will take several years to complete, before the earth is made new. The purpose of this book is to try to place a time line on these events and to outline in sequence the events that are to take place in the near future. When the Scripture dictates the order of events, there is no speculation, but when I
determine the order, I will indicate that this is my opinion.

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 2 Timothy 3:1-17
