About the Author

Jennifer Campbell, a Board Certified Health Coach and Holistic Practitioner, member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, is a graduate of Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where she earned a certification in Integrative Health and Nutrition. Jennifer works with many individuals one-on-one and in corporate group settings to improve overall health specializing in weight loss, digestion issues, and disease prevention through nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction. She also holds a BS in Finance from Northern IL University and a MBA from Northeastern IL University. She has worked for several large corporations throughout her career including Microsoft, Baxter Healthcare, Charles Schwab, and GE Capital. Jennifer is also currently an adjunct professor at Oakton Community College.
